Who we are

CITC is owned by the families of Sir Trevor Clarke KBE, LlB of Rarotonga (71%) and Donald McKegg of New Zealand (28%). The McKegg family first acquired an ownership interest in 1916. The Clarke family’s interest was acquired in 1998. Previous minority shareholders of CITC have included Jardine Matheson of Hong Kong and LD Nathan & Co of New Zealand.

Sir Trevor Clarke is Executive Chairman of CITC. His daughter Dianna Clarke Bates BA is also an executive director. Non-executive directors are Donald McKegg, Brian Mason MA (Hons),LlB and Michael Carr BCom.

General Manager & Company Secretary is Gaye Whitta BCA.

CITC’s principal banker is ANZ Bank, Rarotonga. Its auditor is KPMG, Rarotonga.
