CITC partners with ANZ to run their Money Minded Pacific Training introducing our team to smart goals, needs vs wants and creating their own budget.
We have a memorandum of understanding with Cook Islands Tertiary Training which allows us to operate as an off-site training facility to run accredited training programmes.
Our Supervisory training starts with our CITC Supervisory Certificate Level 1 which progresses in levels to CITC Supervisory Certificate Level 4 – at this stage staff achieve a NZQA Accredited New Zealand Certificate in First Line Management.
We are excited to introduce three new City & Guilds accredited training programmes commencing in February 2018:
• Award in Retail Skills L2
• Certificate in Retail Skills L2
• Diploma in Retail Skills L2
We engage external trainers for skills specific job requirements such as Forklift Training, First Aid, Fire Fighting, Food Safety, Excel Skills and Conflict Management to name a few.
